Tempero Baiano
Bahian Fish Stew (Moqueca Baiana) Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia), cut into chunks

2 tbsp Tempero Baiano

2 tbsp lime juice

3 tbsp olive oil

1 large onion, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes

Instructions:

Marinate the Fish: In a bowl, combine the fish, Tempero Baiano, and lime juice. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

Sauté Vegetables: In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

Cook the Fish: Add the marinated fish to the pot and cook for about 5 minutes, or until it starts to turn opaque.

Instructions:
